What makes this spin class different from any spin class out there? Cueing! Our classes are all based on the Pilates principles. With that in mind, we ensure each client is safe with their spine alignment and help clients understand what they should feel and work. Try it—you’ll love it!

This cardio experience includes 45 minutes of non-stop spin on the bike plus 10 minutes of core work and stretching. The max class size of eight students ensures an intimate environment and personal experience. Towels are included for your convenience, and water is available for purchase.
